Michael B. Clarke is the president and chief executive officer of Citilabs. He has experience with a broad range of projects worldwide. For example, he has developed, validated, and applied travel-demand and mode-choice models throughout France, Spain, and the United States. He has managed multimodal and corridor studies in diverse cities like Los Angeles in the United States and Lyon in France. And he has prepared long-range transportation plans that examined air quality impacts, parking strategies, and high-occupancy vehicle demand. Mr. Clarke holds Master's degrees in transportation engineering and urban and regional planning from the University of Michigan.
