Ming Zhang is Assistant Professor of Community & Regional Planning at the University of Texas at Austin . He teaches in the areas of urban transportation planning, regional analysis and international planning issues. He holds the degrees of Ph.D. in Urban and Regional Planning and Master of Science in Transportation from MIT, and Master of Urban Planning & Design and Bachelor of Architecture from Tsinghua University, Beijing. Currently he is conducting research on the Asian experience in Transit Oriented Development (TOD).
