Pamela L. Boswell is Vice President of the American Public Transportation Association (APTA) in Washington, DC, America's foremost organization dedicated to the advancement of public transportation. Prior to joining APTA, Ms. Boswell served in management positions with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. She has served on technical advisory panels for the Transportation Research Board and maintains affiliations with numerous professional organizations, including the Conference of Minority Transportation Officials. She is an alumna of Clark Atlanta University and Duke University. She is a resident of Laurel, MD.
