(CPN) 建设为东西方发展与规划领域最广泛、最权威交流平台。通过此平台建立东西方发展与规划领域权威交流机制；关注中国城市化进程中的年度热点问题；整合海外关注中国发展与规划的高端智力资源；提供发展与规划领域世界最前沿技术解决策略。
欢迎您所在单位成为“中国发展与规划国际论坛 (China Planning Network, CPN)”的正式机构会员，您的加入将获得下列相应回报：(仅供参考，最终以协议为准)
1．参加论坛主办系列会议的权利，包括：在每次专题会议期间可以免费注册2名代表名额，同时优先享2名出席论坛年会的代表名额，并可以推荐发言人参加会议发言；在论坛主办的会议及其他活动期间，获得与由论坛所邀请的政府、商界及学术界领袖进行直接交流的机会
2．委托论坛就其关心的问题举办专题研讨会，CPN将负责邀请海外相关领域最权威的专家学者以及国内相关领域的政府官员和专家学者参加会议。
3．对论坛所组织的其他活动的有关议题的建议权
4．获得论坛提供的信息，并经授权优先使用论坛建立的网络平台寻求合作机会
5．可在对外宣传中冠以“中国发展与规划国际论坛(CPN)会员”的名称
6．就发展与规划领域的具体项目，尤其涉及国际合作事宜，寻求论坛咨询与帮助
7．委托论坛推荐或培训人才
8．优先享有论坛举办各类活动的承办权或赞助权
基本年费：40,000 RMB （中国）/ 5,000 US$ （海外）
中国发展与规划国际论坛 (CPN) 除会员会费，还接受包括会员在内的社会各界其他形式的赞助与合作。
